Refund Policy
At Douga & Nenefa African Arts, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please note that all sales are final, except under special circumstances or when otherwise agreed upon during the purchasing process. Due to the fragile nature of our artwork, we cannot accept returns unless items are professionally packed before shipping.
Damages or Issues
We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it is received. If you notice any defects, damages, or if the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us immediately at info@dougaandnenefa.com. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their fragile nature or high value. These include large sculptures and items valued over $1,000. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before making your purchase.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
